I need a of permit to go kayaking on an river in USA?
watched Into the Wild, and do i need a permit to Kayak like the colorado river is mississppi ect?
if so where do i get it?
i have my boating liscense?
On some parts of the river it is required, if you have to go through private property to get to the river. you can go to the local forestry service and they issue them. they will tell you what parts of the river they are mandatory on.
